BOOKING POLICY
Deposits and rescheduling
Deposit
NT$500 per booked service, deducted from your bill on the appointment day.
Rescheduling
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance; the deposit may be carried over up to three times.
Late changes / no-show
The deposit is forfeited for changes within 24 hours, a fourth change, no-show or arrival more than 15 minutes late.
Late arrival
Within 15 minutes, the service may be shortened. More than 15 minutes late may require cancellation.
Payment
Cash, bank transfer, LINE Pay and credit cards are accepted with no current surcharge or minimum spend.
Children & companions
Children are welcome to use the play area. Please mention any support needs when booking.
Pets & salon cat
Bring pets in a carrier. Tell us in advance if you are uncomfortable around cats so we can arrange another space.
