I shaved a few days ago. Can I still book?

Hair that is too short can be difficult for the wax to grip. Aim for at least 3 mm of growth—usually about two weeks after shaving or depilatory cream.

How long do waxing results last?

Many clients enjoy the smoothest feel for the first one to two weeks. Regrowth follows your own hair cycle, and regular appointments are commonly spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

Can I wax during pregnancy?

It depends on your previous waxing routine, gestational week, prenatal check-ups and how you feel that day. New clients are generally advised to wait until after 12 weeks and discuss their situation first.

Can I have intimate waxing during my period?

Yes, if you use a tampon or menstrual cup to keep the area clean. Sensitivity may be higher, so rescheduling is always welcome if you feel unwell.

When can I swim or use a hot spring after waxing?

Please wait at least 24 hours before swimming, visiting the sea, hot springs, public baths or high-heat environments. Also minimise friction and irritating products during this time.

Is the intimate-care service invasive?

No. Cleansing, massage, oil and mask care are performed only on the external intimate skin and surrounding area. Nothing enters the body, and you may pause or speak up at any time.

Can I book during menstruation or pregnancy?

The in-salon service is not offered during menstruation or pregnancy. Please wait until your period has ended or postpartum recovery is stable before an assessment.

Do I have to combine it with waxing?

No. It may be booked on its own. For a same-day combination, waxing comes first, followed by external cleansing, massage and mask care.

Is abdominal firming care a slimming or medical treatment?

Accepted Answer

No. It is an everyday beauty-care and relaxation service using oil, gentle hands-on techniques and assisted stretching. It does not replace exercise, nutrition or medical care.

Can I receive abdominal care while pregnant?

We do not perform abdominal techniques during pregnancy. After birth, recovery time varies; following a C-section, 8–12 weeks and medical clearance are commonly recommended.

Can breast-area care increase cup size?

We do not promise a change in cup size. The service focuses on skin feel and everyday aesthetic care and is not available during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

When can lash extensions get wet?

After the final lash-SPA cleansing step, water is fine. Keep the lash line clean, brush gently and avoid steam rooms or other high heat for the first three days.

What is the difference between a lash lift and extensions?

A lash lift reshapes the curl and direction of your natural lashes without false lashes and should stay dry for 4–6 hours. Extensions add fibres for a chosen length and style.

When should I book an extension refill?

Within three weeks is usually recommended, depending on natural lash growth and retention. Refills are only available for work previously completed at I DEAR.

Is scalp care invasive?

No. It uses scalp assessment and high-pressure atomisation without injections, punctures or bleeding. Broken, infected or acutely inflamed skin should be medically assessed first.

Services requiring privacy—such as waxing, intimate care and aromatherapy—use a private room. Lashes and exosome care may take place in the open lash-chair area.

May I bring a child or pet?

Yes. Please tell us when booking if a child needs attention. Pets should arrive in a carrier, and our salon cat can be moved to another area for guests who are uncomfortable around cats.
